1. Acceptance

By accessing or using snowsune.net ("my Site") you agree to these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree, please do not use my Site.

2. Accounts

You may create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Not all features require an account but may rely on you for alternative credentials.

3. User content

You retain ownership of any content you upload (images, text, etc.)! By uploading content you grant snowsune.net a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host and display it as part of the Site's content. You must never upload content that:

• Infringes on someone else's copyright or intellectual property.
• Contains malware or scripts intended to harm the Site or other users.
• Depicts any real or realistic humans (minors or adults) in any sexual or exploitative context. Period.
• Is otherwise illegal under United States law.

I reserve the right to remove content that violates these rules without notice.

4. Prohibited conduct

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to accounts, servers, or data.
• Automated scraping or crawling beyond what robots.txt permits.
• Harassing, threatening, or impersonating other users.
• Using the Site to distribute spam or unsolicited advertising.

5. Availability & warranty

The Site is provided "as is" with no warranty of any kind! I do my best to keep things running but do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or that the service will meet your expectations!

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, my Site and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

7. Termination

We may suspend or delete your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may also delete your account and expunge your data at any time by contacting vixi@snowsune.net.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Prohibited Regions

Due to local laws and regulations, snowsune.net is not available in the following regions. You may not use my site in these regions.
